01 · Civils & reinstatement
Civils-led, by our own gangs
Excavation, duct, chambers, toby boxes, poles and reinstatement: the part that makes or breaks a programme.
Our directly employed gangs work to NRSWA with signing, lighting and guarding checked before work starts, and reinstatement QA on every job.
02 · PIA build
Underground and overhead, to Openreach PIA standards
Build on Openreach's ducts and poles, with the PIA submissions and as-builts handled by our project office.
Overhead
Pole work and overhead build by accredited operatives (SA021, O002–O007, NPORS / ALLMI).
Submissions & as-builts
PIA build submissions and as-builts generated from the same evidence the gangs capture on site.
03 · Cable install, splicing & testing
Cable install, splicing & testing
Test rod and rope, blowing and floating, access and long-haul, then fusion splicing and OTDR testing.
Every route is tested, triaged and recorded, and the evidence pack is built as the work is done, so handover is right first time.
04 · PMO & systems
One project office, one standard
Programme control, permits, commercials and reporting from our in-house project office.
Allocation, site evidence, QA gates, PIA build submissions, as-builts and reporting all run through the Hub, our own delivery system, configured to each client's reporting and evidence requirements. Our internal teams and build partners work in the same system, so everyone works from the same facts and you get one point of accountability.
05 · Maintenance
Maintenance
Fault response, infill, punch-list closure and audits, to the same standard as the build and evidenced in the same system.
