Who we are
Built for delivery
Coreline Fibre is a Manchester-based infrastructure delivery partner working with network operators, principal contractors and programmes across the UK. Established in the UK in 2021, we are part of the Coreline group, which has roots going back to 2007.
We deliver end-to-end civils, PIA build, cabling, splicing and testing through our own internal teams and vetted build partners, all working under the Coreline PMO. Our focus is simple: safe execution, controlled quality, predictable reporting and right-first-time handover.

How we deliver
One standard, top to bottom
Coreline Fibre runs the PMO, SHEQ, systems and client interface: programme control, QA, reporting, PIA build submissions, as-builts and commercials. One point of accountability.
Mobilise
RAMS and permits, with crews mobilised in 3–5 days anywhere in the UK.
Enable
Civils and PIA build by our own gangs and vetted build partners.
Install
Cable blowing or floating, access and long-haul.
Splice & test
Fusion splicing, OTDR testing and triage.
Hand over
QA pack, acceptance and sign-off, right first time.
