At Coreline Fibre we design and plan fibre-optic networks for telecom operators, real estate developers, and private companies, using the latest tools and technologies to provide fast, reliable, and cost-effective solutions. Our services include feasibility studies, network planning and design, site surveys and mapping, project management, quality assurance, splice plans and testing. We are committed to delivering high-quality designs that exceed our client’s expectations.

From Concept To Implementation

Business Development

By offering business development services, Coreline Fibre supports clients with the expansion of their fibre optic network, strategically, based on market insights, feasibility analysis, and financial considerations.  Our services include:

  • Market Research: The conducting of in-depth research to identify suitable areas (towns) for fibre optic network expansion by analysing demographics and metrics for qualification, competitor analysis, and assessing the availability of Physical Infrastructure Access (PIA) such as lead-in availability, pole planting permissions, and RAG (Red, Amber, Green) ratings with relevance to CPP (Civils and PIA Planning)/installation.
  • Feasibility Studies: This involves evaluating factors such as the size of the area (number of UPRNs), exchange locations, enduring status versus suitability, backhaul opportunities, and conducting data verification site visits. Alternative design methodologies are explored to reduce backhaul influence on the Cost per Premises Passed (CPP).
  • Financial Feasibility Analysis: This is achieved by generating a financial feasibility report based on the demographics of the area, core/exchange/backhaul assumptions, and other relevant factors. This provides an accurate CPP assumption per exchange area, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Competitor Analysis: The Identification of areas free of competitors and the ability to explore untapped markets and capitalize on growth opportunities.

High-Level Design (HLD) is the initial stage of the design process, where the overall architecture of the network is defined, including network topology and identifying any potential challenges or constraints that may affect the overall design. The HLD is an important step in the design process as it maps out the foundation for the network.

Low-Level Design (LLD) is the detailed stage of the design process, where the specific requirements of the network are defined including the physical layout and cable locations and termination points. The LLD takes into account the details of the HLD and defines how the network will be implemented.

By choosing us, you benefit from our extensive experience in the industry, which translates to reliable and seamless fibre services. We take a proactive approach to fibre optic planning, covering all major parameters of the network, including short-reach and long-haul networks while also providing transmission planning to improve data transfer within the fibre cable system.

Design And Planning

Route Planning and Infrastructure Integration

Our team will perform a feasibility study, carefully planning the route of the fibre optic cables, taking into account the terrain, utilities and environmental impact. We also incorporate the High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) stages to ensure a comprehensive and efficient network layout.

Permits and Regulatory Compliance

Our in-house team will handle all the necessary applications and permits and ensure compliance with local, regional, and national regulations. This includes liaising with authorities, managing the wayleave application process and keeping you informed throughout the entire fibre optic installation project.

Cost and Budget Management

We understand the importance of accurate cost estimates and budget control for your fibre optic installation project. Our team will provide you with a detailed breakdown of costs, including materials, labour, and any additional expenses, ensuring you stay on budget and are aware of any potential financial implications.

Project Planning

Our project management department creates comprehensive project timelines, including all phases from the design to the implementation ensuring l stakeholders are always aware of the project's progress.

Risk Management and Contingency Planning

We recognise that unforeseen challenges can arise during the course of a fibre optic installation project. As such, our team will identify any potential risks and develop contingency plans to address them accordingly, ensuring your project stays on track and is delivered on time and within budget.
